Return and Refund Policy
The following applies to orders placed through our website, www.delisungourmet.com
Due to the perishable nature of food items, please contact us within three business days after receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your unopened item(s).
The delivery date will be determined by the shipper’s records. Contacting us for returns more than three business days after the order is delivered will cause the order to incur a 15% restocking fee. If we are not notified prior to the return of the items, the 15% restocking fee is automatically assessed. Please contact us first!
In some cases, the customer may be directed to return product to Delisun Gourmet for repair or replacement. If a return product is found to be non-defective, it will be returned to the customer freight collect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back until speaking / communicating with someone from our staff with exact directions: contact@delisungourmet.com
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items are” FINAL SALE” as they cannot be refunded or exchanged.. NO EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@delisungourmet.com and we will let you know what address to send your item.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Delisun Gourmet You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $85, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
